This place is well-located in a convenient area. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure guests have a relaxing experience.

i greatly enjoyed how the hotel looked, nice place. i was pleased with clean room, which was complete with a king size bed and multipld mirrors, as example. everything was very good and the staff were very very kind and really good. the venue location was great and decent in walking distance from the trolley station.

The hotel is in a good area close to downtown, Imperial Beach, trolley line, and National City. the rooms are updated and comfortable with a king bed and multiple mirrors. - It is a really comfortable stay for a vacation.

The hotel staff was nice.

I requested a double room, non-smoking, for myself, wife and son. When I arrived I was given a single king, smoking room. The smell was bad and they did not have any other rooms the duration of our stay.

If you are looking for a cheap one night stay. This place is just right.

I didn't like that we had 4 people in our room yet they only gave us 2 towels. I didn't like that the pool and hot tub were old and dirty. Noy rcommended for extended family stays.

The location is great, with restaurants and a zoo nearby. Our room had central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a lot of TV channels. the room was spacious and recently renovated. the staff were friendly and always polite.

The room we stayed in was full of bugs. I have got more than 10 bites all over my boday. Won't stay this hotel any more.

The area wasn't bad at all, when we 1st pulled up there wasn't anyone hang n outside, no crackheads or drug dealers hang n around, staff was great check in and check out no noisey neigbhors as far as people with rooms sitting out and the 1 cleaning lady I did see spoke 2 me, she was friendly. breakfast wasn't huge but it wasn't janky like coffee an muffins alittle bit of a varity

One of our pillows was staind yellow like slightly... It lookd like somethen that had 2 much bleach.. it wasn't nasty but 2 confusing so yea annnnnd the stairs was way 2 far lol I'm not a big gurl but I was tired and ready for bed.

The room is reasonably priced. The hotel serves great food.
